How the 12 weeks work

Each issue of The Mind Map Journal takes about 5 minutes to read. Inside every issue:

  • A quote that frames the week’s theme in one or two lines.
  • A method backed by research and explained in plain language.
  • A story that carries the week’s idea into your chest, where methods alone can’t reach.
  • A prompt that turns the week’s idea into ink. Five minutes with a pen, no drawing skill required.
  • Resources with recommended books, essays, videos and podcasts worth your time.

12 weeks and 12 themes about journaling, sleep, focus, productivity, learning, emotions, mindfulness, gratitude, goals, habits, happiness and you.
