What is it called when you got a secret love for a song or tv-show or movie, but it’s embarrassing to tell others about it?
That’s typically called a “guilty pleasure” – something you enjoy but feel somewhat embarrassed or self-conscious about liking, often because it might be considered uncool, childish, or outside your usual tastes. Everyone has them! It’s that song you secretly dance to when you’re alone, or that cheesy rom-com you watch when you need a pick-me-up but wouldn’t necessarily admit to enjoying in public.
